6) EAT FAT BURNING FOODS- Add some fat burning foods like cereals, low fat cheese, low fat yoghurt etc in your diet. They are very effective in loosing weight.
7) AVOID DAIRY PRODUCTS- Dairy products like cheese, milk, etc contain lot many calories. Therefore, you need to avoid dairy products to see the best results.
AVOID JUNK FOOD- Junk food has to be totally cut out from your diet. It is a store-house of extra useless calories.
